We offer professional management services for multi-family properties in King, Pierce, Snohomish, and Kitsap counties.
We are seeking a responsible, hardworking and detail oriented part-time manager for a new property located in the Edmonds neighborhood.
This is a primarily Spanish speaking property which is why are seeking a candidate who can confidently communicate with our residents.
There is the possibility to live onsite, if available.
The compensation for this role would be $900 per month.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to receive a break on their rent or earn additional income.
You do not need experience and this position can easily be managed outside of your normal full-time job.

Market vacancies Meet and greet prospective residents, show/walk through available units Complete traffic sheets and maintain guest card files Administer the Resident Referral and Resident Retention programs Assist in resolving resident complaints and answer any resident questions Perform move-ins and move-outs, rent collection, process rental forms Issue legal notices, maintenance of all records and files Assist with monitoring curb appeal, office and common area appearance Perform maintenance assessments, and coordinate maintenance work, vendor relations Errand running including the purchase of supplies, mailing at post office, etc.
