Training & Mentorship What You'll Do:
Conduct continuous foot patrols of client property and report any suspicious activity.
Patrols will be conducted outside in all kinds of weather.
This position involves prolonged periods of walking and standing.
Use de-escalation techniques to diffuse potential conflicts or confrontations.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Write detailed reports of incidents and maintain accurate logs of all activities.
Respond to emergency situations and follow company protocols.
Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and fellow team members.
Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Must be willing to participate in self defense training that involves martial arts.
What we Require:
Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Ability to pass a background check.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Unarmed security experience desired but not required.
