Afternoon Assistant Pre-K Teacher (M-F noon-6pm)

Responsibilities:
-Carry out weekly lesson plans and activities.
-Communicate positively with children, parents and staff.
-Be reliable, flexible and hardworking.
-Light cleaning and help maintain an orderly, attractive and joyful learning environment.
-Have lots of energy and help create a warm, positive and fun atmosphere!
Qualifications:
-Have MERIT training or be willing to get your 30 hour basic training.
-Have an understanding of the developmental needs of young children.
-Have or obtain CPR/AED & First Aid training, TB test, HIV/Bloodborne pathogen training and food handler's training upon hire.
-Be committed to continuing educational growth through MERIT training.
