Position overview The ideal Administrative Assistant will have experience with administrative tasks and loves to be in a supporting role.
While working with this small (yet growing) company, you will wear many important hats with the overall focus of the position is to help make the CEO's life smoother by managing calendars, scheduling, responding to email, digital file organization, checklist management, and keeping her on track so she can operate in her zone of genius.
You will excel at this job if you love organizing things, staying on top of communication, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
If you like making sure all Is are dotted and Ts are crossed, we'd love to talk with you! Hours are expected to be approximately 20 hours per week currently, with the possibility for more.
There is room to grow and evolve in this position as we are a rapidly growing agency, with needs that are often revealed as we scale.
This is a W2 position, so we are currently hiring in WA state only.
Preference to North Seattle/South Snohomish County area so we can meet in person on occasion.

General administration and executive support Organizing and managing our company's ClickUp (task management system) Scheduling meetings for the CEO and and other team meetings Email inbox management and responding to emails Calendar management Organize and maintain the company's cloud filing systems Collaborate with team members and vendors to support company initiatives Learn how to better utilize team software tools to improve efficiencies Assist with administrative and research projects as assigned Manage CRM with important contacts and leads Customer and client support through email Systems & software we use:
Microsoft Office 365, Acuity, Google Drive, 1Password, Zoom, ClickUp, Podia, Slack Starting pay:
Min $24/hour, DOE and approximately 20 hours per week

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
