We are a small but busy cafe, bakery, and coffee roastery located in the heart of downtown Edmonds.
We strive to create delicious, healthy, and unique food, beverages, and pastries, all made from scratch.

We are looking for qualified candidates who can round out our team with their commitment to excellent customer service, a creative and collaborative approach to our coffee offerings, and a seasoned sense of work flow and hustle.
Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years experience as a barista.
Manual espresso machine experience is highly preferred! -Coffee roasting experience is preferred, or interest in training.
-At least one year of supervisory experience.
-Availability 36-40 hours per week.
Every staff member is required to have at least one weekend day available, though two weekend days or otherwise open availability is preferred for this role.
Compensation:
-Base pay of at least $18/hour to start for those with shift supervisor experience, with the opportunity to move up to $20/hour within 90 days.
Former managers would starts with a base pay of $20-$22/hour depending on experience.
-Flexible scheduling, free coffee and staff meals, and a generous 50% employee discount.
-Tips ranging from $450-$950 biweekly, with additional cash tips for front-of-house employees.
