You'll work closely with members of other departments to design and develop solutions that best serve the needs of our customers and coworkers. As a customer-focused company, these solutions must be functional, intuitive, and easy to use. The ideal candidate will also be self-directed and be able to take ownership of a new feature and drive it from a set of requirements into production.
Responsibilities:
Work with a small team of developers to build web and mobile applications that serve our customer-facing and business-related needs Collaborate with team members on solutions with a focus on functionality, user experience and technical design Write automated tests to help ensure code works as designed Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and opportunities for professional growth with other developers Produce clean, performant, and smartly documented code Build integrations with various systems using RESTful APIs and other web services Guide deployments through our Git/CI/Heroku pipeline Assist in manual system and integration testing efforts Perform maintenance and bug fixes on existing projects Support day-to-day end-user issues and requests Manage deliverables and deadlines according to approved project plans Assist with special projects and events, as required
Qualifications:

years of professional software development experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field 3
years expertise in building and scaling web applications using Ruby on Rails Proficiency in writing clean, well-tested code Proficiency in building and consuming web services Experience with Heroku, AWS, Git, Cordova, Stripe, Square, Concur, Qualtrics, ColdFusion or Salesforce a plus Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven organizational and multitasking abilities Recommended Skills Amazon Web Services Code Review Cold Fusion Communication Engineering Design Process Git Apply to this job.
