We focus on multi-family housing for emerging middle-class tenants; look at another way, our offering enables blue-collar and similarly-employed people to live in attractive, urban environments with proximity to transportation and amenities.
We are rapidly growing, changing, and improving every aspect of our business.
We have an immediate need for a Mechanical/HVAC Foreman with new construction multifamily experience.
We manage about 1,000 units across multiple properties, have five properties under construction (about 80 to 165 units each), and seven in the permitting process (150-300
units each).
We have an aggressive but achievable goal of 25,000 units by 2030 as the first installment in the larger vision.
We want to make the model scalable to hundreds of thousands and then millions of units over time.
Mechanical/HVAC ForemanCompany:
A real estate investment, development, and management company with new construction multifamily projects in the Seattle area.
Acting as their own general contracting firm, with an in-house team of experienced supervisors, project managers, and field professionals as they continually add to their in-house trades.
Location:
Greater Seattle, WARole:
The HVAC Foreman will report to the Director of Construction.
This attentive and detail-oriented tradesman will be responsible for the completion HVAC install on the projects assigned in the Puget Sound area and required to complete the construction of assigned scopes, safely, on time, within budget.
This individual will drive and monitor his/her own schedule, collaborate with construction Superintendents, and implement quality, health, and safety standards on site.
Responsibilities:
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Collaborate with Superintendents to determine project materials needs.
Set performance goals and deadlines.
Plan construction processes.
Estimate costs and ensure the project is on budget.
Supervise labor and provide constructive feedback.
Order the appropriate equipment and arrange for regular maintenance.
Keep track of material stock and orders.
Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience installing HVAC equipment, preferably in multifamily developments.
In-depth knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites.
Strong initiative and attention to detail, ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments and deadlines.
Effective and professional communication skills including the ability to interface effectively with other team members and vendors.
Note:
This is a traveling position, must be able to travel between projects.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
