1. Produce and decorate baked goods in accordance with PCC recipes.
2. Utilizes expertise in all aspects of baking.
3. Participates in recipe development and modification.
4. Responsible for handling and merchandising bakery products, inventory management and promotion of PCC baked goods.
5. Is responsible for quality control to insure consistently high quality product.
6. Ensures that department sanitation, cleanliness and safety standards are met.
7. Solves problems effectively and works well as part of a team.
8. Provides excellent, professional customer service when needed.
1. Available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Familiarity with specialty and prepared foods.
4. Basic math skills for measurement and scale functions. Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
5. At least 1 year of production baking experience and alternative baking experience required.
6. Must be able to meet physical requirements including standing, twisting, bending, repetitive motion and lifting 10-50lbs. regularly.
7. Must be at least eighteen years of age.
8. Proven ability to perform excellent, professional customer service.
